Pětidomí 88 - Rožmberská

I was on a ten day trip through central Europe and the two days I stayed here were the most peaceful, comfortable, and cozy experience I had. I had the ground floor studio and it was fantastic. I could have stayed there for a week. The studio is very modern in terms of appliances, plumbing, and the kitchen, but the decor is a mix of antiques and functional, sturdy wooden furniture. And the view! Even from the ground floor, you have a view of old town across the river. It was only a 10 minute walk to the city center, and it is very easy to reach by car. It is in a residential area and is very quiet, even though it is just off of the main road that circles the town.

As it is located outside of the city center, there is not much around in terms of shopping. There is a Penny supermarket ten minutes away by walking, or 3-4 min by car. As it is in a residential area so if you are coming home after dark, it is very dark. I needed to use the flashlight on my phone to walk home after dinner. It is safe, but you must use caution especially with the uneven cobblestone streets.

Klidná lokalita kousek za Synagogou, do centra blízko, kousek od ubytování pizzerie a vinárna. Parkování na ulici před domem. Pokoj je vkusně zařízený, perfektně čistý, dostatečně prostorný, dobře vybavená kuchyň. Check-in/check-out přes schránku. Vše v pohodě.

Patra nebo podlahy zřejmě nejsou dostatečně odizolované a lidé nad námi bohužel chodili spát později než my, takže moc nešlo usnout, dokud taky nešli spát. V pokoji nejsou žádné zásuvky na oblečení, jen tyč na kolečkách s ramínky. Chybí větší zrcadlo, je jen malé v koupelně.

Es war ein Traum, das Appartment wunderschön, sauber, Alles da was man braucht und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die Stadt. Man merkt einfach, dass es mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und eingerichtet wurde. Auch das Stiegenhaus, einfach nur schön, ideenreich und man sieht und spürt auch den Spass und die Freude den die Besitzer am Haus haben unter Anderem mit einem lustigen Detail am Stiegenaufgang, findet es selber raus 😉 Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, und man ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt. Es ist ein kleines Juwel, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt, und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
