Beautiful rooms in a nicely decorated villa with quite nice view. Quiet location, with large spaces and excellent facilities. Excellent position for exploring the beautiful medieval town by foot. Parking available on site, if you are travelling by car.

Good location. Nice decor apartment, very comfortable, spacious, quiet, location good. Very good breakfast and thanks to the transfer to & from the bus station which is very convenient to us. Very relax day in Cesky Krumlov.

great bed, strong shower and incredible breakfast. Very helpful staff- they provided us with transportation to the train station after our stay.

being in a top floor room meant the ceiling was sloped and low near one side of the bed.

Bathroom small and outdated; no warm water had to take a freezing cold shower in March when outside temp was round +3C.. maybe an accident however the issue persisted until I left. Private parking in front of the pension costs an extra 10 euro /day. Breakfast relatively modest; better eat out. No coffee maker in the room, just an electric teapot, no room bar/fridge (out of order) no attendance on site. Room phone not functional. The reception is at the Grand Hotel in the middle of the town roughly 1km away however a phone number is provided for assistance. If you do not have a movile phone/ EU SIM you need to walk to see someone which may be inconvenient to some. Wifi included but did not use it hence no comment. Overall costed 60 euro/ night after Genius discount. Pension is rated 3 star... Would say a little over rated, more like a 2 star place. If hot water would be always available.
