The location is perfect for exploring the area. The owners Hana and Frantz, were remarkable! So kind and helpful. I will recommend this town and hotel to everyone I know. I would like to return. As a traveler, I don't usually go back to a place I've already visited.

Good location in centre of old town. Room was spacious and clean. Fruit, earplugs, water, cofee and tea freely available.

Parking close to the hotel is not possible. 10 minute walk uphill to public parking (14 euro per day). Room was a bit outdated; Peeling plaster fell from the ceiling, the towel rack and the toilet seat were loose. Towels washed a lot, old/gray (but clean). You hear other guests come ‘home’ in middle of night. Strange trick with my booking.com payment. Hotel said my credit card was not correct and I needed to pay my room there at reception in another way. Next the reservation was canceled by booking.com because of rejected credit card. So I slept in the hotel without valid booking.com reservation and hotel took 100% of my money without paying fee to booking.com
