Location is ok it has all the facilities a normal jotel has.
Missing Airco on 35 degree on the top rooms is cooking, there is a fan but it does a little. It is clearly mentioned when you book the hotel so you know what you can expect in a hot summer day.

Very clean. Great value vs price. The only thing missing is the AC, they provide a fan but is not the same thing, especially on hot summer nights like the ones we are having at the moment. Bonus: coffee is free at reception (real coffee).

Centrally located.
The check in instructions could be clearer and sent to guests prior to arrival. The map affixed to the front wall of the hotel address for where guests need to go to another location to check in is confusing and wastes time after a long flight.
