Very easy walk to HB Zurich and easy to walk to old town restaurants. Gave a voucher for 5 francs off at the souvenir shop which was nice
Had to lug suitcase up 5 stairs to get to the tiny elevator. Otherwise nice.

Wonderfully clean, central location
Chur b bells were a pain during the night but slept through the 2nd night. Earplugs are provided.

Centrally located.
The check in instructions could be clearer and sent to guests prior to arrival. The map affixed to the front wall of the hotel address for where guests need to go to another location to check in is confusing and wastes time after a long flight.
