Clean and great sized room for the location.
Friendly staff.
Location was excellent for Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Kensington / Knightsbridge.
1 hour door to door from Heathrow on the Tube.
Breakfast area was very clean but a bit basic.

The location was great and the room was spacious compared to other hotels in London area considering the price. More over the bed was very comfortable and the staff were polite and friendly.
The biggest drawback was the cleanliness of the room. We found hair on the shower head and the overall cleaning condition was poor.

Fire alarm on first night of stay meant we were all out of our rooms for 45 mins at 2am. Letter in room next morning saying £50 refund as goodwill gesture but despite comms with booking.com and hotel direct, no refund arrived even 6 weeks later
