    One night stay with wife. Great location within walking distance of both Gloucester Rd and Earls Court tube stations. Small room but nice bathroom and comfy bed.

    Twin room was quite small but expected for London. Bathroom space was minimal too due to large basin, would be a bit of a struggle to use the toilet if you were on the larger side. Room was clean and made up each day, bed linens clean and fresh. Room had air conditioning which was a plus. Breakfast was adequate but good value, staff were very friendly and were happy to make fresh eggs etc. I'd definitely stay again as it was a nice area and just a 5 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube station.

    Sadly despite photos looking acceptable and booking a “city view” room we were given a ground floor room with an inner view of the hotel’s kitchen roof and aircon engine. When asking to change our room we were told the hotel was fully booked. The room itself was very small, furniture in quite a poor condition and while the sheets and towels were clean, the overall condition of the room was poor. We paid *** for 2 nights and it was quite simply a rip off. The breakfast had also very little variety. Certainly not a 3 star hotel. Would not recommend.
