Good Value for a Short Stay

Good option for a one-night stay before a flight, especially considering the reasonable price with breakfast included. The staff was friendly and helpful, which is definitely a plus. However, the property clearly needs renovation.

There is a strong smell of dampness already at the building entrance, and although the place is clean, the old carpets make it look quite untidy and dated. Overall, acceptable for a short stay, but there is room for improvement.

Warm shower, air-con was OK and the TV had good programmes. Parking was free, as the hotel is next to a huge cinema and retail center. Price of room was lower, but I now know why. Breakfast was OK, but no eggs and no vegetables. The receptionist was kind, as most their employees were. Kudos to them for keeping this place running. This is a "one-night-only-if-you-have-no-other-option" kind of stay.

It's a worn-out establishment that desperately needs refurbishment. Dirty and smelly carpets with a stale feeling upon entering the room. The ventilation ducts are so dirty that one can see they haven't been cleaned for years. The furniture is from the period of Italian independency. The beds are uncomfortable, and the bathroom had large black hairs all over.

Low quality hotel for the price of normal hotel

- 24/7 reception for our late arrival - all towels, soaps, shampoo available - nice helpful staff - enough parking as it’s sort of shopping mall area - restaurants coffee fastfoods just across the street

- we got very smelly smoker room (although selected non-smoker preference), thankfully staff was helpful with change of the room - poor WiFi in the corner room - basic breakfast, no eggs just sweets, yoghurts, ham and cheese - air condition only in main room, not in the sleeping room, had to keep the door open - thin walls

Overall very satisfied for my 1 day stay there, as a transit point it is excellent.

Disappointing

Breakfast was simply but ok, croissant tasted good, you got cheese marmalade coffee and juice. The personal was helpful to get another room after problems.

It's ok for one night. Buckets catch rainwater from the ceiling. Also had 2 cockroaches in the room. we got a better room. airconditiion filters have never been cleaned. is a cheap hotel with breakfast.

Fair accomodation for fair price

Hotel is at "commercial centre" place, there is big parking lot, cinema, lot of different shops around there. My window was located to the field, there was no noise form the outside in the room. Breakfast was good with sweet and salty options.

There was a bit of noise from the hallway, also airconditioning was not the best, but it worked.

Location and parking is ok. The rooms are big enough.

The equipment is old, the beds are bad, the bathroom is antique. The walls need whitewashing. No one tells you that you have to turn on the heating yourself, so it's very cold inside. There is only a very thin cover on the bed to be covered.

very good location if you are traveling by car (near the main road). good place for one night, nice breakfast. price adequate to the quality. the hotel staff is very helpful.

Decent for a short stay

Overall, it was a decent motel for a couple of nights. The room was clean, although there seemed to be quite a few stains on the carpet. It was also very quiet, no hassle parking and we had a great view of the mountains (although keep in mind this will depend on what side of the motel you are on). The breakfast was simple but solid.

There seemed to be an unusually high number of stains on the carpet, both in the room and in the main areas. I would recommend not walking around in your bare feet in your room! We were at the other end of the motel so the WiFi was quite weak. The fridge was also very weak and could not keep our food cold. Although the rooms were non smoking, ours stank of stale smoke the whole time, despite keeping the windows open. There was no air con in the room but with the windows open, the air temperate was fine. The problem was there were no screens so mosquitoes were an issue throughout the night

American style hotel near Udine.

Hotel located next to a highway, American style, with supermarket, cinema, snack bars in the surroundings... and free parking in the courtyard of these attractions. Large rooms and good bathroom, but everything is simple. Breakfast simple too, but enough. Pradamano is a town close to Udine.
