A comfortable home shared with other guests

The host lives in a house next to the B&B so she's available at anytime to welcome us and for anything The house is new or well refurbished Comfortable beds Private parking

The B&B house is shared by other guests in another room and that was not clear for me at book time. The price is especially high for a home where the kitchen and main room are shared with others, especially when the noise of other guests wakes you up. There's no oven, neither classic nor microwave.

Very kind hosts offering us everything needed, great breakfast prepared and accomodation itself was tidy and clean - everything and even more what you can wish for your stand :) locality is greatly quiet and it's only small walk to the center of Udine :)

Location is great, in the calm part of the city. Breakfast was excellent, and you're able to arrange it at any time (your preferred time in the morning).

I had a very pleasant night at Emanuela's B&B! She's been extremely nice and welcoming, and even took the time to drive me from/to the train station as I had no car. Breakfast was really good and generous too! I totally recommend! :)

It was about a 25 minute walk to the city centre, which wasn't bad but in the heat might be difficult for some.

Une bonne idée pour une étape raisonnable et de qualité dans Udine!

Nous avons bien apprécié cet hébergement d'Udine qui permet une agréable étape. En dehors de la signalétique à améliorer pour éviter de débarquer chez la voisine, tout est au top, propreté, bonne température de chauffage en hiver, superficie, confort, pour un prix normal en ville. Je conseille ce B&B, sachant qu'en voiture le vieux centre d'Udine n'est pas trop loin et se laisse découvrir en un temps raisonnable. Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil!

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!

Apartament bardzo czysty i nowoczesny zlokalizowany w skromnym, ale bardzo praktycznym domu. Właścicielka była bardzo pomocna i życzliwa. Nawet podwiozła mnie do centrum miasta, gdy mocno padało :) Pyszne śniadanie dopasowane do potrzeb wynajmujacego. Polecam to miejsce!

Das Haus liegt außerhalb des historischen Zentrums von Udine. Es handelt sich um ein frisch renoviertes, ansprechend eingerichtet Gartenhaus. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Besitzerin spricht gut deutsch.

Man muss sich darauf einstellen etwas außerhalb zu wohnen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung, gutes Frühstück. Restaurant in der Nähe. 8 Minuten mit dem Rad in die Innenstadt. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla ed immersa nel verde. È dotata di ogni comodità e di un bel giardino spazioso. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile; ci ha permesso anche di scegliere il tipo di colazione. La camera era pulita ed ordinata, infine il bagno profumava di cannella e la doccia è qualcosa di spettacolare.

Per brevi soggiorni perfetto.

Bella stanza piano terra, letto comodo, pulito, bagno grande con vasca . Stupenda. Zona comune, un salotto ed una cucina. Non ho utilizzato nulla, ma penso non mancasse nulla. Ad un km dal centro, ma sei in campagna.

Migliorerei solo le pile del telecomando 😜

freundliche besitzerin, weit von allem

die besitzerin war sehr freundlich und es war genügend platz. allerdings haben wir erst nachher erfahren, dass das wohnzimmer=küche normalerweise noch mit jm geteilt wird.

die lage ist weit weg von allem- man findet nichtmal ein lokal in gehweite. es war leider sehr, sehr kalt und wir wurden gebeten, die heizung nachts wieder abzudrehen. wir haben es so verstanden: die unterkunft hat 2 schlafzimmer mit je einem bad. dem war nicht so, denn selbst die küche hätte geteilt werden sollen.
