Food and drink automata at the reception.

Bathroom, as is was old, with old dirt and calc. Probanly not issue with cleaning, but simoly too old equipment. Sealings were yellowish and blackish. A good renovation would help.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable, it was clean and it was easy to get to from the train station.

The walls were thin, you could hear a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms and there weren't enough charging points.

The location is good, a nice parking space is available. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Lovely people!!!

Facilities are outdated, the bed was uncomfortable, no sound proofing. Someone was talking so high in the next room so late in the night till about 2am and kept me awake all night yet there was no staff to call for help.

Great value for your money, highly recommended (but don't ask for a fiscal invoice)

Great value for money and staff is extremely helpful. Great location, free parking (private parking and also in front of the hotel). Very good choice, highly recommended (despite the issues I collected during my stay below). I would come and stay here again on any floors up the 4th floor.

5th floor single rooms are not the best. Air suction is very noisy, even disturbs your sleeping (also bathroom door was not possible to close). Attention, of you need an invoice from the property, they are unable to provide one. The only one that they could give says "Courtesy copy. This invoice is not fiscally valid."- whaat? How could you book such an invoice? Noone could help! Their booking software did not support this option. This should be changed by the hotel management.

Exceptional

The hotel is nice, located close to the city center. The staff was super kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. You can buy snacks and pre-prepared meals from the vending machines availble in the hall next to the reception. The breakfast was good with various selection of food, the coffee is great (this is so important since in most hotels the coffe is really bad). There is also a free parking place reserved only for hotel guests.

This is a well-managed hotel at walking distance from the city centre. The hotel has good parking facilities, the staff were efficient and friendly and the breakfast had a good spread.
