Ótimo atendimento online, a equipe trocou de quarto de imediato. Além disso, a localização também é boa, ao lado da rodoviária e com possibilidade de ir por centro histórico a pé. Silêncio na hora de dormir, camas boa, roupa de cama limpas e quarto limpo.
A acústica do quarto era muito ruim, tinha uma colônia de férias parede com parede e meu marido passou o dia trabalhando com muita dificuldade, solicitou a troca de quarto pra pessoa de apoio local, mas sem sucesso, o atendimento local deixou a desejar, só no final do dia que fiz contato com a equipe online que conseguimos mudar de quarto.
