Simple but practical and useful!

The location and the support of the owner to solve a problem quickly. It was also a Good value for money!

Although the basic needs were attended such as nice shower, AC working, fairly comfortable bed and TV, The property needs maintenance inside the room and outside. The tap on the sink was broken, there were a lot of mosquitos inside the room, it took me a long time to kill them…the deck outside the room was wrecked.

Good location. Worth it? Not sure.

The location was great.

That’s hard as we have many points to point out: there is a bar right next to the guest house that plays loud music until late, the pictures are not showing the real condition of the room (broken socket, mold on the walls, mattress with holes, old towels and bed sheets, broken shelf on top of the fridge, glass shelf inside the shower was not there, no trash can in the room (only bathroom) etc), the cleaning system of the pool was never on, so it looked dirty everyday.

Could have been a better stay

We liked a lot: * Rooms super clean, strong AC, comfy * Excellent location * Staff friendly and responsive * Good value for money To consider * All rooms are arranged around the pool & common area. * If people are having calls outside, using the pool or watching TV you will hear everything. * Unfortunately during our stay other guests outside where very noisy and loud incl. Pool jumping until 3 am. The quiet times are clearly stated in the house rules in each room but there is no enforcement of rules by the staff. * Behaviour of other guests is not within the influence of the hotel obviously, but their handling of rules is. We wished for a stronger enforcement of the house rules.

Worthwhile stay in Paraty for the cost. Great if arriving/leaving by bus. Comfortable short walk into the old town.

The location was really close to the old town and bud station (where we arrived/left from) but also just out of the way enough to rest. Cute small pool area too!

Very little natural light unless you have the curtains open to the world for everyone to see.

Cozy place, fairly quiet. Comes with AC and a mini fridge. Good for a few days in the town

No signage and Google doesn't seem to align with the location which makes it challenging to find. Thankfully staff came to find us when we were lost!

Good

A big, clean and comfortable room with a clean private bathroom, hot water showers were very good. AC worked well in the room. There's a dipping pool outside but it was not so enticing as it's overlooked by all the rooms. There's a separate TV room with a large TV, sofa and AC, which was pleasant to use. The location is very convenient for the bus terminal.

The kitchen is very poor and essentially unusable, with no cooking utensils. It would be better to not advertise it. It was hard to find, a sign outside would be helpful. The photos are a bit misleading, the accommodation is down a dark corridor and overlooked by other properties. But overall appropriately priced.

Very good

The hosts were incredibly sweet, kind and helpful. The room is a nice size and the guesthouse is really close to the bus terminal, local amenities (launderettes, supermarkets, etc.) and only a short walk away from Paraty's beautiful historical centre. A little further on are Paraty's beaches, which are all within walking distance.

Super friendly staff and good location

The staff was super friendly and helpful and answers my questions quickly. Super kind to give me many good tips about what to do/see and bus info when I asked. The location was good as it’s only 2 mins walk from the bus station and 7 mins walk to historical centre.

The room was not super clean, esp. the bed sheets have strange smell. I feel like the top blanket was not washed after every guest. There are mosquitos in the room at night so be sure to use some insect repellent.

Good value for money!

Easy check in, the staff were friendly and responsive to all my queries. The location is great, with an easy to walk to all the local amenities. Good value for money.

There were spiders in all the corners of the room, it would be easy to remove these before a guest arrived as it should be part of cleaning the room. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped to cook a meal.

A hospedagem encontra-se em más condições e precisa de reforma. Um ponto positivo que encontrei foi a localização que é boa.

O quarto em que fiquei hospedada estava em péssimas condições. Necessitando urgente de reforma. Apresentava muitas coisas estragadas, como apagador quebrado, tomada inutilizável, pisos do banheiro arrancados e a pia do banheiro descascada. além de cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis, manchas de umidade e muito mofo, muito mesmo. Para quem tem alergia , assim como eu, isso vai te afetar muito. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, lençóis amarelados, e quando chegamos tinha um chiclete pregado na madeira da parede. Foi muito frustrante, eu esperava um quarto simples, porém em boas condições, assim como apresentado no site, e infelizmente não foi isso que encontrei. Não consegui outro quarto e isso acabou impactando negativamente na minha viagem.

Hospedagem simples, próximo a rodoviária

Localização boa, perto da rodoviária, e menos de 10 minutos andando do centro histórico. A limpeza estava correta. O atendimento foi muito receptivo e solicito.

O box não fechava, a porta ficava correndo então tinha que tomar banho com ela aberta ou ficar segurando ela fechada. A pia também estava com algum vazamento, ficava pingando no chão. Poderia ter uma cadeira e alguns ganchos pra apoiar pra apoiar melhor as coisas.

Precisa melhorar

O atendimento dos anfitriões foi excelente, super simpáticos e gentis atendendo todas nossas solicitações e contato imediato. A pousada está ao lado da rodoviária, o que facilita o transfer para quem vai de ônibus, possui tudo próximo como supermercado, farmácias e padaria.

O quarto precisa de uma reforma nas paredes pois estavam manchadas e com pontos de infiltração. Não tem local suficiente para estender roupas e toalhas no quarto nem na área externa, o que numa cidade praiana complica demais, principalmente quando se vai em muita gente. Na área de convivência seria mais interessante que tivesse uma copa para que pudéssemos fazer nosso café já que a pousada não oferece e que não se pode fazer barulho na área da piscina em qualquer horário então acaba não sendo atrativo utilizar a área de convivência. Quanto à localização não é tão próximo do centro, uma caminhada de 10 minutos, o lado bom é que a cidade é tranquila e boa para caminhada.

Pontos positivos: ótima localização, perto de tudo, camas confortáveis, ducha maravilhosa, espaço aconchegante, o restaurante ao lado( vila gourmet) serve uma comida muito saborosa

Pontos a melhorar: manutenção de algumas madeiras do deck e da maçaneta do quarto 1, o frigobar do quarto 4 não estava gelando como deveria.

Localização excelente, facilidade no check-in e check-out e informações todas passadas de maneira clara e objetiva para nós! O espaço tem todo o necessário para uma boa estadia, com cama e chuveiro confortáveis.

Não tem estacionamento, mas o pior é que para estacionar na rua é área de rotativo, R$3,00 por hora. Seria interessante que eles avisassem isso antes, porque para uma estadia longa, vai ficar bem caro para deixar o carro na rua! Para nós que ficamos apenas 2 dias, nos custou quase R$60,00.

Me gustó la ubicación muy próxima a la terminal de buses y a unos diez minutos a pie del centro histórico. Las camas estuvieron muy confortables. La TV contaba con aplicaciones para su libre uso.

Una observación que podría realizar sobre el baño, es la ubicación del inodoro. Se encontraba entre la Bacha y la mampara de la ducha. El espacio era muy estrecho y generaba incomodidad. Me hubiese gustado que nos repusieran toallas y jabón.
