Very well located close to the bus station, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful even during a storm! I can see how the courtyard could be noisy if people are using it to party late into the night, but fortunately I did not have that problem.
The bathroom could do with some improvements but it was still perfectly fine. A spot for drying clothes would have also been useful (due to the wet weather).

A localização é o ponto alto, principalmente se você não estiver de carro. Tem padaria, restaurantes, água/gelo, mercado, lanchonete de acesso fácil. 10min a pé do centro histórico. A rua é movimentada, o que dá mais segurança.
O ar condicionado/internet/tv/frigobar do quarto funcionam bem e o chuveiro esquenta bastante.
O maleiro é espaçoso, só faltou uns cabides.
O tamanho do quarto é ok, a área comum é exatamente como nas fotos (tem uma piscina e redes).
Chegamos e encontramos o quarto com cheiro de mofo e sou super alérgica.
A limpeza é péssima. Nos 5 dias que ficamos, mesmo solicitando a limpeza, parece que só varriam (muito mal) o chão e tiraram o lixo do banheiro 1x (nos demais eu mesma tirei o lixo). O box estava PODRE de sujo, a roupa de cama manchada, as toalhas mal lavadas.
Senti falta de uma cadeira de apoio para a bancada (esta que por sinal estava caindo).
A cozinha que informaram que tinha, na verdade era um depósito imundo e bagunçado. Sem estrutura para fazer refeição, só tinha um microondas que funcionava ok.
