Comfy bed but very noisy and messy

Comfortable bed, good air con and large hot shower. Good location just 5 minutes walk from the bus station and supermarket and then 10 minutes walk to the historic centre. Coming and going at all time was easy with the key fob.

The road noise was awful, lots of car racing all through the night (every night) and extremely loud music too, very difficult to sleep despite the comfy bed. The kitchen and communal areas were untidy and not very clean. Sometimes there was dog and cat pee and poo on the floors (outwith the bedroom). The wifi was good at first but then didn't work for a day. We did enjoy our stay but felt the road noise and cleanliness really let it down.

a good place for the price

the location was very good. it was quiet, near a good supermarket and the bus and not amongst the difficult to walk on cobblestones of the historic center.( no cars drive there and you cannot pull luggage across those stones) the staff was very friendly and kind!!! they have 3 dogs and 3 cats!

you are sharing the family’s kitchen (which is good and not so good) it took a long time for warm water in the shower-not hot-and so much waisted water

Lovely hosts in a lovely accomodation

Very nice hosts, Liana and her mother are lovely! They even repaired my pants (her mother is quite a good tailor). ;) Room and kitchen had everything we needed. The historic downtown is just a few minutes away.

Our room was the Suite, which faces the busy main street. If you have trouble sleeping with noise, you should book one of the other rooms, which are further away from the street.

Good option for budget travellers but terrible internet

The host was quite helpful and welcoming, and even leant me a screwdriver. The hotel is around the corner from the coachstation and about ten minutes walk to the old town, and twenty to the beach. Lots of shops and things nearby. The TV had netflix and I was able to log into someone's account and watch it. This was necessary as the internet was not good enough to watch Netflix on my laptop.

The owners dogs kept barking at me, and sometimes barked late at night. The internet was terrible. It only worked in my room if I stood by the door, so I went and used it in the kitchen (the only other room in the house that isn't a guestroom) but it was very hot there even at 7am. Because the doors open straight to the kitchen, and there are no other rooms, guests would often talk in the kitchen. I needed an early night, but guests were talking at 10pm the other side of the door. This is basically a cheap house, and the ground floor seems to be a yard for workmen. The building is down a side street and not very well signposted. I used Google Maps but had no idea which building it was, especially because the street numbering is very confusing, with the property appearing to have two different street numbers. In the end, I had to call the owner who didn't speak much English and she called and waved to me until I found it.

Wonderful hosts! Laina was delightful and spoke English! Netflix on the TV was a bonus, great wifi, central location, clean rooms. All round highly recommend.

Bom custo benefício mas deixou a desejar

A localização é boa, perto da rodoviária e do centro histórico. O quarto é bom, com ar condicionado, banheiro amplo, e o quarto estava bem limpo.

Quando chegamos pra fazer o check-in, a pessoa que aluga a hospedagem não estava em casa e não havia avisado a pessoa que estava que chegaríamos, a que horas e em qual quarto ficaríamos. Foi tentado contato e tivemos que esperar um pouco para a pessoa retornar a ligação informando. Também me foi informado pela hospedagem um dia antes da minha chegada que não havia local para guardar malas e, quando perguntei indicação de lugar para guardar malas em Paraty, não me responderam mais. Achei a comunicação da hospedagem ruim. Apesar da localização ser ótima, o quarto fica de frente a uma das avenidas mais movimentadas de Paraty o que torna a hospedagem muito barulhenta. Também achei que a área externa estava cheia de coisas, dando um aspecto de bagunça, diferente das fotos. Não tinha rede, por exemplo, e não dava vontade de ficar na varanda.

Boa localização pra quem gosta andar de a pé pra conhecer a cidade.

Não tinha café da manhã. Mas a localização é excelente, pertinho de tudo, da avenida principal e do centro historico, fizemos tudo a pé, inclusive em frente pegamos ônibus para ir para Trindade.

Única coisa ruim era toda vez que saia e ia entrar no quarto tinha um cocozinho dos cachorros em frente a porta do quarto. Mas de resto, o custo beneficio vele a pena pq eu e meu marido nem ficamos no quarto, saiamos de manhã e só voltávamos a noite pra dormir.

Desorganização. Cachorro que late pra tudo, estridente, das 7 da manhã até meia-noite, então se gosta de dormir em paz talvez esse não seja o lugar pra você. Falta de manutenção da caixa d'água (na última noite, a água estava marrom com a sujeira da caixa, que entupiu canos e ficamos um bom tempo esperando a "água voltar"). Quarto pequeno pra 4 pessoas, mal cabiam as malas, e com poucas tomadas. Muito pouco espaço em varal na área compartilhada. O único forte do lugar realmente é a localização, que é ótima.

Quarto limpo, itens limpos, ar condicionado gelando bem, localização excelente, recepção da anfitriã ótima, consegui estacionar próximo sem problemas.

Tapete de necessidade do cão bem na porta do quarto. Eu particularmente não me importo com isso, porém se fosse apontar algo que poderia melhorar seria isso.

Se vc estiver motorizado é excelente, tem saída para todo lugar, incluindo o fácil acesso a Rodovia. Se não estiver de carro, são 800 metros até o Centro Histórico, o que não mata ninguém. Tem padaria e mercados próximos.

Em suma, tem pets lá. De manhã os cães latiam muito.

Ótimo atendimento, casa bem localizada, próxima a rodoviária, mercados e há cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada até o centro histórico. Tem gatos e cachorros dóceis e fofos, ar condicionado funcionando.

Tanto a casa quanto os utensílios carecem de maior atenção em relação à limpeza.

Único ponto negativo é que a acomodação fica na avenida então a noite o barulho de carros e motos é alto, porém sou tranquila com isso e não atrapalhou tanto. Mesmo assim, eu voltaria.

A côté d'une rue très passante donc très bruyante même pendant la nuit. A part la chambre, l'hébergement est salle. Pendant les 2 jours de votre séjour, il y avait de la vaisselle sale de la propriétaire tout le temps dans l'évier. Les torchons étaient marrons tellement ils étaient sales. Il y a 2 petits chiens qui vivent dans le partie commune, comme la propriétaire ne les sort pas, ils font caca dans le cour où l'ont passe pour sortir, c'est dégoûtant et ce n'est pas nettoyé. De plus, ils aboient du matin au soir, ils nous ont réveillé à 7h les 2 matins et personne ne leur dit de se taire. Enfin,dm dans la chambre, le drap housse qui protège le matelas est trop petit donc il s'enlève au cour de la nuit et on finit par dormir sur la matelas pas très propre Je suis très déçu par cet hébergement, je ne vous le conseille pas du tout.

Casa super limpinha e anfitriã atenciosa

O único porém foi que uma noite faltou luz nas lâmpadas, mas as tomadas do quarto e o chuveiro elétrico funcionaram normalmente, as anfitriãs logo nos disponibilizaram lâmpadas de emergência e no outro dia quando voltamos do passeio o problema já havia sido resolvido.
