Charming Terrace - Sunny Chill Out Terrace

De locatie is goed, alles is makkelijk te bereiken, zeker met de Sevici huurfietsen. Alle basisbenodigdheden zoals keukengerei, doucheschuim, föhn, beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig.

Geen echte minpunten, maar tips (indien nog niet aangepast): de foto’s van het terras kloppen niet meer. Er is geen loungeset en geen parasol, maar een tafel met stoelen en een luifel. Verder zou een theedoek fijn zijn. Check-out is om 11u, maar op Booking stond 12u. De host regelde direct een latere check-out voor ons. De airco is hard nodig in de zomer en maakt veel geluid, dus neem oordoppen mee :).

The apartment is comfortable and the terrace to sit out and enjoy the evening warmth was nice. Taking the lift to the third floor and walking up the last flight to the attic floor was no problem for me, even carrying our bags and i am 77.

Parking would be a problem if you are travelling by car. We used Cabify to the airport, it cost 20 euros at peak time.

Communication was excellent. The terrace is truly charming—that’s also the biggest highlight of this otherwise very modest accommodation. The bathroom is spacious.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but I have to in this case. This accommodation had by far the worst amenities of all the places we stayed at during our 10-day trip through Spain. In other cities (including those comparable to Seville: Málaga, Granada), the apartments were also centrally located at a lower price and featured truly excellent, new amenities. In this apartment, the amenities look like a dumping ground for old and worn-out items: the plastic electric kettle smells like paraffin when heated, the coffee maker works but has seen better days (plus, the two of us were given only 2 capsules for two days—that’s really stingy), and our worst experience was with the washing machine: I should have been warned by its ancient appearance and no-name manufacturer—its intense spin cycle completely ruined some of our clothes (never use the 40°C cycle!). The air conditioning probably hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time—it smelled like mold.
