When I checked out I noticed extra charges of more than $60 for pets but I didn’t have a pet with me. When I asked why the charges are there, the receptionist told me that she just went with what the check in receptionist put for me. Then instead of immediately correcting the mistake she made me to wait and called the other receptionist to clarify the issue. After around 30 minutes she came back and took those charges off. Meanwhile I didn’t know why they still charge me more than the $152.87 that you stated in the email that you sent me. They charged me $155.15 The worst thing is that three days later when I checked the card transactions I noticed that they charged my account $190.15
