The staff was fantastic. We had some kids on our floor that were ding dong ditching our room until almost midnight. When I went to the front desk, they had security come up to circulate the floor and comped our breakfast the next day. Thank you!

My husband and I came to Charlotte and stayed at the arrowwood location for the second time I rebooked because I enjoyed the first stay. We had a small issue with our room BUT Sarah George and her team fixed it fast she even went as far as writing a personal handwritten note and leaving me a voicemail to let me know it was taken care of, and it wasn’t long after I expressed the concern. She also showed another gesture to my husband, and I that made us feel valued and made up for the trouble. Our room was Nice and cleeeeeean!!!! The staff were the most professional! I felt safe at the location and there was plenty of parking. It was an amazing stay!

Price of incidentals especially for guest that stay more than three nights…… Bistro is extremely expensive

Clean, comfortable rooms

Did early check out due to a death in the family and wasn’t refunded the days left when I’ve only stayed ONE night(booked for four). Booked through booking.com and they’ve reached out SEVERAL times via email and phone calls to Courtyard to resolve the issue and it’s fallen on deaf ears. I just wish I could be refunded. I’ve paid for days I’m not there.
