    Hotel under renovation and we were not told. No working elevators. Have to use stairs. Washing machine broken. Breakfast just ok. Shower of our room falling apart. Kitchenette sink not the right size so water splashing all over the counter down to the floor.

    I was very disappointed. First of all the elevators didnt work we are disabled with bad back & knees we had to carry 2 children up the stairs all weekend.The tub didnt go down to take showers. When I reservedthe room it’s for 6 people 3 towels2 facecloths. I go down to get towels at 9am they tell me we have no towels you can get some after 5 pm. I said we have to take showers & leave she handed me hand towels to dry off with. The bathroom door sticks so whoever went to the bathroom woke everyone up pulling the door open. The shades definitely need to be changed &fixed. Go to room 221 in arrowhead you’ll see.The food was gross I could have busted a window with the French toast. The fruit looked like it was a month old. I could not eat it. I will not be back I want to be credited for my stay!
