Martin was wonderful! He was very accommodating and did everything he could to be sure we were comfortable. After a mix-up of the ferry system, we were extremely late to arrive at Martin's apartment. I made him aware of our tardiness and he went as far as tried to make arrangements for a ride from the port to the apartment. When that didn't work out, he met us at the Metro and walked us to the apartment. Who does that? Martin does! I would definitely go back!
Know that this is a 3rd floor walk up without an elevator. Maybe the only negative, but certainly not the fault of Martin. (He kindly carried my luggage up!)

The location was excellent. The balcony and the scenery.
Too heavy dust I.e under bed/couch, TV, bathroom doors. Lack of pillows. Some need two behind head and one for knees.

This is a great studio apartment in the perfect location for exploring the main sites of Athens. The host did a fantastic job of offering up recommendations about where to visit and was waiting for us when we arrived. From the apartment, restaurants, bars, coffee shops are no more than a minute walk from the property. Would recommend for couples who like to get out and about exploring in what is a great city.

The location of this apartment was in the perfect area of Athens. Just a few walking minutes from great restaurants and shopping. Also very close to the major sites.
The only issue I had was the low water pressure in the shower.
