They have a problem with a key mechanism. It works too bad . I was trying to close a mechanism 20 min and I called to owner 20 min and he didn’t pick up . He replied to me after 15 min

Interior, cleanliness and facilities

There was no lift and it wasn't mentioned when I booked it. It was difficult to carry all the luggage till 3rd floor. Otherwise everything else was good and upto the expectations.

Convenient but not comfortable

Pros: This place is well-located and very convenient to historic Innsbruck. There are many restaurants nearby, the area is quiet and the check-in process was very easy.

The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The place smelled of cigarette smoke when we first arrived and we had to leave all of the windows open to air it out. Various parts of the place are in disrepair (the bedroom door handle, the coat rack) and the towels are very rough. I also reached out to the host with a question on parking when we arrived and they never responded.

Priceworthy apartment in a quiet street, near the Old Town and many shops. Enough space for 4 person with equipped kitchen and washing machine. Reccommandable.

As far from delux as you can imagine.

No lift with our top third floor room accessed from second floor by dangerous narrow steep stairs with no hand rail. No other exit in case of fire. All corridors and stairs very dirty. Ridiculous €50 charge for cleaning. The room was not clean when we got there. In particular the food waste from previous occupant had not been removed. TV remote didn’t work. WiFi was not connected to internet. Very inferior pillows and towels. No shower soap or shampoo. Poor fittings: broken coat rack on wall, inner bedroom door handle not secure, bedside table lamp had no power socket. Altogether terribly bad value at €196 for one night.

Great location. Less expensive than most of other options in Innsbruck. Functioning appliances.

Only one toilet paper roll for a 4-night stay of 2 people. No heating, we were freezing in the apartment. Unable to start the TV. No salt and pepper in the kitchen. No detergent available for the washing machine. We contacted the host on the day of our arrival to inform them of the main issues. A day later, we obtained an answer saying that a colleague would come over on the third day of our stay. Nobody ended up coming over and at the end of the day, we had to buy the basic supplies that usually come with an apartment reservation (toilet paper, detergent). The main door of the building could never be locked despite the fact that there was an electronic pad because we were unable to fully close it. Besides, an alarm coming from the pad rang for a whole evening and night and we could hear it even though our apartment wad located on the third and last floor of the building. Limited hot water. If you are two people with long hair and one of you needs to wash your hair, you might run out of hot water.

For a short trip the price and location are amazing for 3 people.

The location is great since it is in city centre. Be prepared for the super tiny hallway and if you have a piece of big luggage it is gonna be a bit of a hassle to carry it up since the building in the old town is tiny and stairs are narrow. Overall the place is good to crash there for 2 nights and spend most of the day out exploring the city centre. There is a kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, TV and wifi. The bed is just enough for 2 people and the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people, but if you want a bit more comfort then book this place for 3people as we did :) Check-in and check-out were as easy as it can get. To sum up, for a short trip the price and location are amazing.

I personally do not like extremely tiny and narrow hallways but that is the old town.

Velmi malé ubytování, bez klimatizace, málo vybavená kuchyň a ŠTĚNICE (BED BUGS)! Po kontaktování hostitele ohledně štěnic, jsme nedostali omluvu, ale obvinění, že si vše vymýšlíme.

Läget. Nära till city och gamla stan. Nära till transport om man vill upp på topparna kring Innsbruck.

* Otroligt lite köksutrustning. Vill man självhushålla finns inte flera av de mest självklara redskapen i köket, som t ex stekspade, potatisskalare, grytunderlägg, kökshandduk, skärbräda, diskställ, brödkniv, handvisp, konsevöppnare, filter till kaffebryggaren, mm. Dessutom saknade stekpannan handtag (grytlappar saknades). * Tvättmaskinen var trasig. Kanske p g a tvivelaktiga elinstallationer? (Se bilder). * Brandvarnare ej uppsatta (låg längst in på en hylla). * Ironiskt att en lapp med texten "Enjoy the feeling of fresh linen" låg på sängen när vi kom, då underlakanen hade fläckar och kuddarna var knöliga och kändes som de fyllts med små och alldeles för få skumgummibitar. När vi trots ovanstående hade överseende, och skrev till värden att vi önskade mer toapapper, skräppåsar och en kökshandduk fick vi som svar att vi kunde köpa det själva i en affär och att vi inte skulle besvära med sådana frågor. (Vi blev rätt paffa över det svaret...🙄)

Zentrale Lage

Unterm Bett riesige Staubschlangen,muffiger Geruch. Bad- Möbel kaputt, Dusche verdreckt. Meine Tochter wurde fast von einer herausfallenden Schranktür getroffen ( also konnte man auch nur von einem mini Schrank die Hälfte nutzen, die andere mussten wir mit einem Stuhl verstellen zum Sichern) Die Stiege zum Apartment ist extrem schmal und steil, also mit einem Koffer fast nicht zu schaffen. Beim Fernseher war alles in Ungarisch eingestellt (super wenn man mit Kindern reist)
