I couldn't even stay there, so what's there to like?

I usually don't write reviews, but this time I feel compelled to do so to warn other tourists about this property. Unfortunately, there is nothing stylish about the fact that the pool is not working at the end of June, that this deep and empty pool is not properly fenced off so that children don't fall into it, that the playground is broken and a danger for children, that there are no facilities at the pool (sunbeds and umbrellas), that you can't use the air conditioning at the same time as the shower water heater and that you can use the water heater for a maximum of 20 minutes (imagine how 4 adults and 3 small children can take a shower so quickly) because otherwise there is a risk of fire (this is not specified in the description). It is incredible that booking.com accepts properties that do not have the correct sized electrical installation, most likely improvised, that does not correspond to the installed power (illegal installation) and that endangers the lives of tourists and especially children. The conditions practically do not correspond to the description and we had to look for other accommodation on the spot, this being a real danger for our safety and especially for our children, which caused stress and additional costs, the children being the most disappointed. We asked for a refund, but we were refused, probably because money is more important than safety. Avoid this property if you want minimal comfort (I don't say normal) and safety, especially if you have children. I think I will also avoid booking.com because it compensated us for 20% of the reservation price, although this property could have put our lives in danger and I consider them directly responsible.
