nice place and room if you book it with balcony.

it was a new and big room: hard mattresses (but good) soft pillows (not so good) a clean and very nice space to eat and sleep. Close to a beach (walking distance) lot of amenities and nice kitchen

I booked for ground floor but it was lower: I had to take 5 steps down. There was no balcony and only a small place to dry towels and swimming suits. There is only one air condition unit in the living room. If I knew about that (no balcony, underground) I would not booked it. It was overpriced

The location was the only thing that was good. The rest was really bad. Unfortunately not satisfied

It took them 1 hour to figure out the password for the wifi. There was no warm water when we arrived. The lighting was really dark in the room.

The house was clean, and the host was very receptive to our requests. We got the keys immediately when we arrived, the room was in perfect condition

It was mentioned that the room has a fridge - It's not quite true, the only fridge it has is a minibar, however, you will not be able to use it because the fridge will switch off as soon as you will leave the room!!! This is because the key is welded to the chip that allows the electricity to run in the room (including the fridge!!!!!) So as soon as you leave the room, the electricity switches off, and so does the fridge...what's the point in the fridge then if it will not cool anything while you are not there? The kitchen could be equipped a bit better, all the kitchen utensils are gathered from different sets.

It was fine, but overrated.

The apartment was fine, new and clean (except of ants), bed was comfy, beach is very close. Also, the town is close, few min by car. Check in and check out was very easy.

Bathroom was small, on the loft, under the roof, so you have to be very careful not to hit your had. My husband hit it twice, and it was very unpleasant experience... Also, we had ants in one of the apartments (we took 2), the other one was free of ants. You have to go by car to the town to eat, because there is nothing to buy near apartment, so you have to prepare for that. The town is near, but you have to drive and park the car... The price was not appropriate, it was a bit high for this kind of accommodation.

The family apartment we rented was large and cool, and mostly quiet. All the windows have mosquito nets and exterior window roller blinds which make the room dark and keep the heat out. The AC was working ok for the size of the room, though it was not reaching so well in the second bedroom and was blowing a bit too much on the bed in the main room. The construction is rather new, with a clean design, and stylish furniture. Nea Kallikrateia, 10 minutes drive from the property, has nice beaches, with kids activities, and plenty of dining places and evening activities.

The kitchenette is very small, making it very impractical. The minibar fridge is also very small, one can only use it to cool water. The rooms are large enough to host a proper fridges, and I highly recommended the hosts to invest in such. The internet connection was really poor, wifi signal was ok, but the uplink was congested constantly, even late at night. Also mobile coverage is poor in the area, so that wasn't an alternative either. Signal is good in the city centre. Outside, the property has no trees, just a bit of grass in the sun. Also most of the guests smoked at the various tables and benches, making it impossible for non-smokers to use any. The nearby beach is barely usable, with a very narrow strip of sand mixed with cigarette butts, rocks in the water hosting sea urchins and an impractical pathway from the property littered with trash and other biological human remains. There are also no dining possibilities close-by, so one has to drive ca. 10 minutes to both closest beach and dining area, in Nea Kallikrateia, where there are nice beaches and restaurants.

The description of the place "Each unit is equipped with a terrace offering sea views" is a lie. We were accommodated in the basement. The living room (about 1/2 or 2/3 under the ground) is facing the front fence and the entrance of the property. Besides the noise from all the guest the curtains are only for decoration and you have no privacy. The bedroom is facing a wall (a small hole in the inner yard is made in order to have a "window"). However you cannot even open the window of the bedroom as the bed is too high and is positioned in front of the window. The ceiling is so low you can touch it with hand. It is a "beachfront" hotel but you have nothing to put your wet towel from the beach on. In addition, there were a smell of paint and chemicals in the premises. When we have complained to the host, the answer was "you have seen the photos on Booking"... No comment. The interior is ... well not my type. The village is "village".. nothing to do with the touristic towns and villages down in Chalkidiki. The Mikoniatika villas is actually in the middle of nowhere and is not beachfront (you have a dirty road, a field with weeds and some abandoned construction in front)... I am sorry for the negative review but when you book "Deluxe Family Suite - The spacious family room offers air conditioning, a private entrance, a terrace with sea views as well as a private bathroom boasting a shower" and get a basement instead, you cannot expect positive outcomes. I want my money back.

THE WORST STAY I EVER HAD.

THE ROOM WAS NICE, LOOKING EXACTLY LIKE IN THE PICTURE, BUT NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. WE DIDN'T HAD WHERE TO HAVE OUR STUFF IN THE BATHROOM, THE KITCHINETE, WAS LIKE A BAD JOKE... THE WORST TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED BEING TOTALLY IGNORED AND NOT ANSWERED TO CALLS AND REQUESTS.

WE WEREN'T ANSWER TO NONE OF OUR CALLS WHEN WE NEEDED THINGS, WE WROTE MESSAGES AND GOT TOTALLY IGNORED. THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD!

Cazarea a fost mult sub asteptarile noastre.

Nimic. Serviciile pentru care am platit nu au fost livrate.

La sosire, vasul de toaleta era murdar si baia si camera miroseau a canal. Am contactat gazda, care ne-a spus ca va trimite echipa de curatenie sa rezolve probleme, dar, a doua zi, era totul la fel. Baia este foarte mica si joasa, in asa fel incat, pentru a folosi dusul, a trebuit sa ne aplecam , iar ca sa folosim chiuveta, a carei oglinda era la nivelul abdomenului, era nevoie sa stam pe vine. Cearceafurile de pat nu au fost schimbate niciodata in cele 7 zile ale sejurului, panzele de paianjeni au ramas nederanjate peste tot in camera, iar curatenia a implicat doar schimbarea saaculi de gunoi. Camera noastra nu are obloane, doar draperii, iar la bucatarie era o singura lingura si o halba de bere si niste pahare desperecheate. A doua zi dupa sosire, am fost anuntati ca trebuie sa platim si o taxa aditionala de 2 euro pe noapte. Avand in vedere ca am calatorit cu un copil mic, gasirea unei alternative ar fi fost foarte dificil de realizat. Am hoatarat sa scriu acest review, pentru ca alte familii sa nu mai experimenteze ce am experimentat noi. Categgoric nu am primit lucrurile pentru care am platit, ceea ce a facut ca vacanta noastra, pe care am asteptat-o un an intreg, sa fie complet ruinata.

Accesibilitate la plajă. Vilă relativ nouă, mobilierul cu bun gust și relativ nou, saltele foarte confortabile.

Curățenia, se făcea curățenie zilnic , dar doar de suprafață. În baie pe lângă obiectele sanitare nu cred ca s-a curățat deloc. Nu am avut la dispoziție o lavetă sau prosoape de hârtie de bucătărie.

Дизайн, чистота, все зроблено зі смаком.

Постійно присутній запах на подвірʼї випорожнень кішок та оси які постійно заважали снідати та вечеряти на задньому дворі. На покупки приходилось їздити на автомобілі, бо близько не було магазину, щоб купити навіть речі першої необхідності воду, молоко. Але , щоранку в проміжку з 9 по 10 годину завжди приїжджає, дуже мила жіночна на мікроавтобусі, з свіжою випічкою, сигналить по усьому селі.
