Really nice place

Very nice house and garden with plenty of places to sit and enjoy! The kitchen has everything you need, and it's great to have 2 bathrooms. You'll find the public beach, as well as a small beach club and a very good tavern in about 5 min walking distance. Next supermarket is a few minutes drive away. The house is clean and the surrounding is calm, not much traffic around. Also the owner is a very kind man. We loved to stay there.

Nothing to complain! For us everything was perfect, including the cute cats visiting the garden :)

Absolutely everything.. the house is really beautiful, the beach too. Γεώργιος is a wonderful host, his mother too. We spent beautiful moments in the villa. The yard is the most beautiful, the terrace is beautiful as well.. we simply enjoyed it. The beach is very close and the prices are very affordable. My family enjoyed every moment spent there. It is our first time in Greece and we are delighted most with the hospitality. We stayed for five nights but we got another 2 nights as a gift. Really amazing. We will definitely be back, just next time for a lot more days. Thank you Γεώργιος and your mother for an amazing holiday.

I would totally recommend the place

The villa felt like home, it was fully equipped with all utensils, bedrooms as well, garden was clean and a perfect place for kids to play. There are some toys even. It is located in a quiet area near to the sea maybe 4 min walking distance through pine trees. But as well the beach at Nea Kallikrateia is close by car if you want to go to the town. Our host was a very friendly person! The communication was easy and smooth at any time. Unfortunately we had a bad luck with the weather, but he did his best to make our stay memorable! One day we had a small problem because of the meteorological conditions but in an hour /and we are talking for late afternoon/ the problem fixed. Not to mention we were three families with 4 kids and we felt comfortable in the villa - there are three separate rooms, two bathrooms and one extra shower outside. Moreover we asked for two extra cribs and even a feeding chair and the host provided us even if he is not obligated to! There is truly nothing to complain about! Thank you for being a friend!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Achilleas, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The traditional house in the countryside with a large outdoor area with lots of natural shade near the sandy beach, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. We cannot wait to return to Villa Achilleas on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Superb

Very nice place for families. In the house and outside you got everything you need. In the backyard there is a shower which we found very useful. The beach is near. The children liked the place so much and that is the most important thing. Host is very nice and pleasant person. Thank you once again for your hospitality.

Everything was exactly what we hoped for. A traditional house in the country-side, with all the amenities you need. Very clean, nice yard, close to the beach. You could tell that the hosts went out of their way to make our stay confortable. We highly recommend it!

Excellent vacation

The beautiful Greek-style villa is equipped with everything you need for your holidays. At the kitchen there are lots of kitchen utensils for cooking, the bathroom has a hairdryer and a washing machine. Also there are some umbrellas and rugs for relaxing on the beach. The beds are equipped with good mattresses with hotel quality bedding. The garden has everything for relaxation - sun loungers, a place for grilling with coal, a table for a large company. There is a small store and butcher shop 10 minutes by foot to the villa and there is Lidl 3 km away. Every day there are some cars driving through the village selling fresh bread, fish, fruits and vegetables. The area is extremely quiet, there are no parties except some programs in the beach bar. The neighbors are extremely nice and willing to help. The sea is 3 to 5 minutes by foot. Spyros is an excellent host, he shared with us some tips for a great stay, several times he drove us to the store and gave us complimentary gifts. On the last day our child needed emergency medical care, Spyros and his family provided full support in the hospital, he personally took us first to the hospital and then to the airport. Greek hospitality is amazing, in the nearest future we will definitely come back !

Perfect traditional location

The hours is traditional, in a quite street, maximum 5 mins walk till the beach. In the house you can find all what you might need in a house. The host was very nice and helped us with advices regarding the beach, shops and any other info we required. He even waited for us with cold water and AC turned on to be able to relax after the road trip. I truly recomand the location, for the beach, use special shoes as there are stones when you enter in the sea, after is what you expect from Greece... Salty clean blue water....

When both the showers are used the water pressure is not the best but still manageable.

Am citit comentariile anterioare si am crezut ca e ok dar NU a fost asa. Plaja plina de pietre (nu este cu nisip, pentru familiile cu copii este imposibil de stat) accesul se face printr.o gradina, terasele de acolo cu preturi astronomice Este o cladire veche, scartaie noaptea, usile nu se deschid, Ac doar in living. Saltelele foarte tari si camerele foarte mici, tantari si viespi. Nu merita pretul cerut.
