Excellent private heaven

We were with two kids, 2 and 4 years old. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The garden was fantastic, well trimmed and the kids enjoyed running around. The spacious beach is very close (10 minutes walking) but with small kids, we had to go with car. There's a parking for the car that's in the shade which was very much needed. The hosts were very responsive and considerate for our privacy.

We had ants in the first couple of days when we arrived but they were due to the previous guest leaving some food on the open. With a ant repellent from the store they went away for the remainder of the vacation.

A very lovely and cozy accommodation, it had everything that we needed from kitchen tools to toiletries, a washing machine, towels and many others. The area is peaceful and the house is really close to the beach. I appreciate that it was clean so we tried to leave everything as clean as we could. Definitely the place to have a holiday with your family and loved ones.

The bathroom is a little bit small but if you are careful it shouldn't be a problem.

Great little house in nice area, away from the noise and most tourists. We had great time there.

The house is exactly as it is on the photos, it was very tidy and nice. It's comfortable and on really quiet location. It has a large porch and a great yard. The parking space is inside the yard and covered. Self check in and check out. There's a little store nearby(300m) that also makes breakfast and great Costa Coffee.

Hanging hook on the wall for the shower head would be great addition.

If you want to enjoy a calm and quiet place offering home comfort, if you want to read a book lying on the grass in the yard or sitting under the tree in the garden, if you want to rush for fresh snacks and bread to the car that passes by every morning, announcing for yourself with your bibbling, if you want to come across decent hosts who have thought of everything, just visit DemiNik Summer House!!! I happened to be there for 5 days, but I would come back again, this time - on purpose ;) ... Because it's worth it...!!!

DemiNik house is perfect. Dislocated from the crowd and relatively close to the sea. It was our second stay there. Hope to be there next year again.
