There is plenty of space. The sofa and beds are comfortable. It was very clean and had all the utensils and equipment needed. It was nice to have some tea bags and milk on arrival as well as toiletries. The staff were welcoming and polite. We had an issue working out the heating. Someone arrived straight away to resolve the issue. It is a great location for the town, pubs and a short drive to some lovely walks.
Not the owners fault but a dangerous dog was lose on the street from the house opposite. Friendly with people but attacking dogs.
The radiator needs fixing in the left bedroom but there was an electric heater so we could stay warm.

Clean, large and well stocked with cutlery, plates, cups etc. Plenty of towels available. Fantastic kitchen. Bathroom was wonderful.

Was perfect in almost every way , super clean , easy to get into with the instructions given. Everything as expected in that sense 😊. What we didn't like is easily fixable and it was really nice
When we got there it was like a sauna and so hot so we turned it off, but since then no matter what we did we could not get the thermostat to turn the heating on for the rest of our stay so it was cold, however there were some oil heaters and we could have asked the host but we managed and didn't mind too much (maybe some troubleshooting/instructions for the heating may be helpful)
The other thing was - the only frying pans were teflon non stick pans with the damaged coating chipping off, which is hazardous to health so we didn't fry anything (not a massive issue as this is easy for them to re purchase).
Also the beds were a little hard for us- but could be personal preference

Location was great. Property was a lot bigger than expected. It’s spread over 3 floors which the kids loved. 2 good sized bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to locate using directions from owner. Good location right in town center. Close to nice pubs and restaurants.
Minor issue but the signal on the main TV was in and out but not bad overall, and although was a smart TV couldn’t use YouTube or Netflix on it as was a bit older so apps unavailable. These were however extremely minor issues.
