What I love most about the property is the combination of comfort and beauty. The swimming pool offers a stunning view of the lake, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The house itself is spacious, with plenty of room to enjoy and entertain. The bedrooms are very comfortable. I also really appreciate the well-equipped kitchen—it has everything you need and feel right at home. It’s truly a wonderful place to stay.
The only minor downside was the parking space—it was a bit narrow, which made it slightly challenging to park. However, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience at the property.

The property was stunning. Had everything we needed. So many different places and areas to hangout in, making it feel very spacious for our group of 6.
Simone and Serena were lovely hosts. Really thought of everything and were so helpful whenever we needed anything.

The hosts were more than helpful, the outdoor kitchen, outdoor terrace, pool, were outrageous, the whole setting, sense of arriving & stay with fruit, vegetables, water, wine everything was provided, we were very pleased. If you are on holiday with friends or family, this place is the place to be! Hosts are constantly on it and very professional. For the rest everything exceeded our expectations x
Check schedules with ferry’s and busses ahead of time, parking in Bellagio can be challenging. Nothing to complain, the house & staff are amazing x
