Hotel Zum Fährturm

Nice small hotel with nice clean rooms. Good food

Would of been nice to have A/C as it was really hot but I knew that when I booked so not really a complaint

Location was spectacular! Room comfy and clean, balcony over the river perfect for sundowners

A kettle in the fridge would have been great and maybe a little variety with breakfast like some fresh fruit and pastries, but we were happy!

Clean room and bathroom. Balcony with views over the Moselle river. Good breakfast Good Restaurant on site for evening meals and drinks. Staff really pleasant and helpful Great location for exploring the Moselle valley or visiting Trier

No kettle for tea making No lift Annoyingly smokers stood underneath our balcony so smoke was a problem in the evenings

Nice location by the river and good parking. Decent sized bedroom.

The staff did not appear friendly - we were handed the keys on check in without any information given or conversation. Basically told “room on 2nd floor.” We went for dinner at 8.15 to be told dinner finished at 8 and they wouldn’t serve us. Maybe tell us this at check in ? Room a good size but basic. No air con or fan (temp was high 30’s). We didn’t stay for breakfast as it didn’t start until 0800. When we told the staff they seemed annoyed we were going!! A nice little village but NOTHING to do or see here. A supermarket for supplies and a really good pizzeria, but that’s it. I wouldn’t go back.
