The house was very cold when we arrived and the electric showers were freezing.

The location of the property was great.
Unfortunately the sheets on the beds had not been changed and used dirty towels were on the floor. For £250 per night I find this extremely unacceptable. I tried tried phoning the owner and also text but got no reply, so instead of a relaxing night away we had to change the beds and clean the bathrooms. A simple apology or explanation would have been nice but to just ignore us and yet keep all the money we had to pay in advance is completely unsatisfactory!
