The house was very cold when we arrived and the electric showers were freezing.

The location of the property was great.

Unfortunately the sheets on the beds had not been changed and used dirty towels were on the floor. For £250 per night I find this extremely unacceptable. I tried tried phoning the owner and also text but got no reply, so instead of a relaxing night away we had to change the beds and clean the bathrooms. A simple apology or explanation would have been nice but to just ignore us and yet keep all the money we had to pay in advance is completely unsatisfactory!

Lovely square where most of the wedding guests stayed and close enough to walk to the venue.

Only slight issue was the hit water as 8 of us needed to shower and it didn't work amazingly, might have been due to lack of boosting it for us.

Problem with the hot water in showers, but called the property manager and it got resolved. Absolutely no instructions about the property were onsite

Beautiful house, well furnished and great location as we were attending a wedding in the castle.

The hot water - guidance on how to operate it as we arrived and left our stuff off and had a Quick Look about. It wasn’t really clear otherwise we would have set it to come on for the morning. Hot water wasn’t set so no hot water in the morning for anybody.

Excellent home, large, well placed in the village, clean and spacious. Amazing walks and beautiful scenery.

Some damage to walls, one toilet didn’t flush properly, was freezing cold when we got there and took nearly the whole nights stay to warm it up as such large home. The bath water was far too cold even though I had waited for a long time after turning water heater on. But saying that we only stayed the one day and night so could be different if we had been at property for a longer stay
