Excellent location and very comfortable beds. Very close to public transport and many shops and restaurants.
The door on one of the bedrooms was very stiff to open (and sometimes got stuck), there were no hooks in the bathroom, some of the cupboard doors in the kitchen were comically high, and others were misaligned. Also not very well-soundproofed - could hear lots of noise from upstairs and the stairwell.

Great location. The place was comfy, cozy and decorated with good tastes.

Good location
Philipa was great and were able to check in early
Beds comfortable
Stairs to 4th floor were tough with big bags
Amenities were basic. Had to ask for more wine glasses only had one in cupboard
Shower had wooden ‘pallets’ on floor .. felt a little unstable.

The location was the best. The place was very clean. The AC was also very powerful :)
The loft was also very nice and spacious
The fact that there was no elevator and it was not disclosed prominently. We were on the 5th floor and one of the guests had broken her ankle. Also, the water didn't drain properly in the showers of both bathrooms.
