Freinfly and very helpful staff 24/7. Comfortable mattress. Huge bathroom.
Walls could do with a coat of paint to freshen up in some parts at least in the room i stayed. Also it could get noisy becuase of the main street outside, but nothing unbearable and it is kind of expected because of the very central location.

I liked the facilities in the room, a washing machine as we had been travelling for a while and the quality of the bedding. A beautiful duvet and the bed was very comfortable.
The lift was sometimes a long wait.
