The cons were that the room was tiny and the tub-shower wasn't very good. The pros were everything else: Great location, friendly staff, a quiet and well-appointed room and a generous and tasty breakfast buffet. Very glad I stayed here. :-)

Loved this place- especially the helpful staff who treated me so well! Room was adequately large and had a small balcony looking out onto the street below. Everything worked - shower had great pressure, room was sparkling clean. Breakfast from 7 - 11 was plentiful with everything you’d want! I loved this place and if I come back to Lisbon I’m staying here!

EXCELLENT! Great location, very friendly people at the front desk. The best bag for your buck in Lisbon. Rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable, the whole experience exceeded expectations.

Very nice stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean, charming themes, good vibes and nice art. The room had everything we needed, except for an option to stream to the tv. Not really noisy from the street either, view was ok, just the street.
Location was great for a first time trip, close to the elevators going towards Baixa and Alfama.
Breakfast was nice, very bread/pastry focused left a bit to be desired on gluten free options.
Value seemed good, not exceptional but we were happy with it!
