The house was clean and the facilities were okay.
Location, no staff to welcome us, not easy to get them through the phone and about the bedding, they can do better.

Everything, including having a wee garden.
Only the initial difficulty in finding. It were 5a, not 5, and without the photographs, the verbal directions would not have cut it.

Hard to find at first, but it was pitch black when we arrived. Owner was helping in guiding us. Comfortable clean, warm, and practical.
Hot water cut out to cold a few times while showering.
Biggest issue was the Internet. I got max 1MB, so working over Teams and general searching was a real pain.

The flat/wee house itself was a comfortable layout for a 2 nights stay.
Upon arrival, I phoned the accommodation owner to say we had arrived in the car park stated but couldn't find the flat (the directions on the email weren't the best). Finally found the flat after phoning the owner, but the owner wasn't the most helpful and to be honest seemed like we was bothering him. When we got into the flat it was nice, however there was hairs left in the shower, on the floor of the shower/toilet room. Not the cleanest so was very disappointed. The seats at the table in the seating area had stains on them - something that could have been easily covered with seat covers. Doesn't seem like there was much pride taken with the cleanliness / appearance of the flat.
