Great beach proximity with nearby rinsing station, easy access to pool, solid basic kitchen supplies (bowls, plates, pots, cookie sheets, spatula, etc.), provided plenty of towels, hot water with good water pressure, couch was comfortable. The only real negatives were uncomfortable mattresses and parking was difficult.

We stayed 4 nights. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Condo was nice and well maintained. Pool was nice as well. No complaints and looking forward to rebooking for upcoming trips.

Loved being so close to the pool. Very short walk across the street to the beach. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Well equipped kitchen. The condo was very clean.

With a little more love to this condo, it could have easily been 5 star review.
The location was absolutely great. Literally across the street from public beach access and walking distance to restaurants. The building was well maintained and the pool area was kept clean.
The apartment was mostly clean but had a few areas of improvement. The furniture is old and needs replacing. The couch and chair in the living room show their wear and look dirty. The bedroom has a breezeway light outside of the window so at night the room never got dark enough for my husband. He slept uncomfortably both nights (the best was also too soft for him). The freezer rack is rusted over and the vent in the master bedroom is dirty and gross to fall asleep looking at. Also, the ceiling seems very thin because we could hear every single footstep that was taken above us.
The condo is well stocked with kitchen items (although also outdated), there were games and pool floaties to be used. We didn't use them but appreciated them being an option. The TV's were small and we didn't watch them but also appreciated that there were DVD players.
Property management company was quick to respond when we called asking for towels and soap.
Pool and hot tub area were kept very clean.
Overall, the condo is okay. The best part is the location and the pool. It was good for the price but we probably won't stay here again unless we want another last minute, budget beach trip.
