Accidentally got this for our family of 5, so probably won't rent again. That being said, perfect for a small family. Awesome location across the street from public beach access (other places you'll have to rent umbrellas and chairs unless you walk down here where parking fills up quickly), and clean with a great view! The only negatives are:1. The guardrails on the bunk bed have hairline cracks almost through their entire vertical length (moreso information for the owner, as it's a potential liability risk).2. The master bedroom TV didn't work, and we checked in after hours on Friday, so this was never addressed. Kind of a bummer after putting the kids to bed. I attempted to connect everything up (all was unplugged upon check in), but it never worked, and I never got a call back after leaving a message to the property management company Friday evening. Not the focus on vacation, but would have been nice to watch 30 minutes of TV to unwind after getting the kids to bed.

The property was pretty clean when we arrived. When we arrived my thought were, I would stay here again if they would update the couch and chair in the living room. Those 2 things were noticeable dirty. It didn't ruin our stay by no means. We just put a clean sheet over them and moved on. Here's the frustrating part... we kept getting locked out of room due to no fault of our own. We came back from a day at the beach and our code didn't work. 5 of us age range from 60 - 5 years old standing outside our door in the heat while calling to find out they have changed the code. I should add there is no easy way to contact them. You call the number and sit on hold no matter what time of day it is. Reason being they gave us a temporary code to start with. 🤷�♀️ Our last day of VACATION consisted of sitting in our room waiting on the matinance man to come and fix our locks because yet again they have changed our code with no warning. When it was changed this time, they messed it up so bad he had to come reprogram the lock. Mantinance gave us a code and told us to use that code the rest of the time we are there. Great it works right?! We leave to go enjoy our last few hours of vacation. I get a phone call saying they have changed our code yet again. Oh no hope it works. Again we go back to our room to make sure it works so we are not locked out AGAIN! It does work. We had 7 codes in one week. That's ridiculous! Nothing was offered to us for wasting our last day of vacation. After checking out with the mobile checkout. We are half way home and a lady calls to find out if we are still having issues with the keypad lock. No, I checked out hours ago. The communication between all of the staff is awful. With all that being said it would be hard to stay at the exact same place.
