About this apartment rental
Welcome to the best family friendly vacation rental in the Summer Spell complex. We are located on the first floor right across the beach!!!
Our unit has been totally remodeled with a new bathroom, bed, couch, stove, kitchen table, refrigerator, mattress and dishwasher.
No stairs and right on the side of the pool. The barbecue area is approximately 15 feet from the porch.
Very easy access to the beach!!!
Parking is very close to the door, making it easy to get luggage and groceries from your car.

Enjoyed my stay very much. The condo was neat and tidy. The bathroom sink was slow draining so I fixed it.The view and location were great!

Stay was great! Can’t beat the location to the beach, the space was cozy and beautiful inside. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly! Would go back again!

As far as being clean, the condo was good, but there were three people we had three towels, one washcloth and one dish towel for the whole week. I went out and bought towels so that we would have enough for the week so I would not recommend this rental.
