Paradise! Our wonderful home is located in beautiful Miramar Beach, a family friendly vacation destination snuggled between the very busy and crowded Destin area, and the expensive, resort area of Sandestin. It has all the best the Emarald Coast has to offer with less crowds, less noise and less expense.

Our vacation home is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 story townhouse which comfortably sleeps 6. We recently remodeled and renovated, so enjoy the tasteful décor, modern conveniences and well furnished spaces. The 1st floor, 2nd floor and bathrooms are all tiled while the 3rd floor and stairs have hard wood floors throughout. And best of all, there are two furnished, private balconies to enjoy the Gulf view and the sounds of the ocean.

The first floor is the ground floor which has a two storage areas, a car port that fits three vehicles, the main entrance, a small mud-room and stairs that lead to the second floor. The large storage area is for guest usage and contains lots of extras you are free to use, to include beach chairs, beach umbrellas, extra patio chairs and table, boogie boards, floats, inflatables, beach toys and two bicycles. The car port is large and is a drive through making it convenient to park more than one car, and having the ability to park three vehicles (boat, trailer) is nice in an area this close to the beach where parking is a premium. Next to the front door there is bench, a shower and foot wash to get rid of all the beach sand.

The 2nd floor is the main living area and has a dining room, living room, full kitchen, laundry closet, bathroom and balcony. The living room is spacious with a sofa sleeper (queen), love seat, coffee and end tables, and an entertainment center that has a 42" Sony Smart HDTV, DVD player and WIFI that runs throughout the house. The dining room has an extendable table that seats 4 and expands to 6. There is also a kitchen bar with 2 bar chairs so 8 can dine at one time. The kitchen is equipped with a flattop stove, oven, mocrowave, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker/dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, place setting for 10 (dinner plates, bowls, coffee cups, water glasses, flatware), cups and utensils; everything you need to store, prepare, cook and serve drinks and meals. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, and the conveniently located bathroom has a sink and toilet. And the balcony is terrific, with a high table and 4 chairs, an electric grill and a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private balcony and a viewing balcony. Both bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans, large closets and are well furnished with plenty of room for belongings. Both bathrooms have shower/tub combinations, toilets and sinks. The master bedroom bathroom has a private entrance while the guest bedroom's bathroom is in the hallway. The master bedroom also has a private balcony furnished with a high table and two chairs, and a gliding double chair to enjoy the terrific ocean view. The guest bedroom has a viewing balcony, and both bedrooms come with the soothing sounds of the ocean.

For a nice change of pace from the beach, or a transition to and from the ocean, we offer a nice, well maintained pool that has new patio furniture and is rarely crowded. Adjacent to the property and paralleling Scenic 98, there is a 5 mile two-way path that is great for biking, rollerblading, running or taking a walk with breathtaking views of the Gulf and numerous restaurants and frozen yogurt/ice cream shops along the way.

And of course there is the beautiful, white sand beach right across the street. The beach is perfect for families; not as crowded as the condos and resorts, and not as rowdy as the Destin and Island beaches. And there's Pompano Joe's right there to grab a quick bite on the patio, a drink at the beach bar or a full meal in the dining area overlooking the Gulf...our paradise vacation place!
