Perfect location! We love Summerbreeze!Inside property needs a lot of work. Knobs, handles, locks on doors are all about to fall off. Kit pots and pans are all stained to where food sticks on it when cooking, not enough forks. Bed uncomfortable. TV only played music, no TV to watch. Hot Tub was hot but jets did not work. Not enough outside lights by pools. Umberellas needed for shade at pool!Needs repairs and up keep.Certainly not 5 Stars!

This is our second year in a row staying same condo Things that were missing or broken from last year have fixed. Everything was perfectJust the steps from the beach Condo is located in very convenient location close to everything. We’ll come back next year again

When we checked in, the access number we were provided didn't work and the property manager was unavailable with no return calls. We stood outside for the better part of an hour when we were finally able to get in touch with someone who could let us in.
Floors were very sandy upon entry and there was sand in the beds. The property was ok, with a convenient location, but we had to do some cleaning upon arrival.
