Beautiful apartment Saint-Germain / Seine / Louvre

Pro....Excellent location to see several sights including the Louvre. Easy access to metro. Several cafes in area. Con.... Better directions to use washer. We could not figure it out. Bedroom is more like a closet with a bed.

This is a comfortable apartment in a safe pleasant neighborhood. Close to major attractions such as the Louvre and the Musee D'Orsay and within easy walking distance of subway stops. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Philippe was very responsive to our inquiries both before and during our stay. Two recommendations are: 1) provide written instructions for the appliances such as the microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine since these were labeled in French and 2) provide a fan during the summer months since there is no air conditioning in the apartment (although it was not unbearable even though the temperatures were in the high 80s and low 90s). Would definitely recommend this apartment if you can climb one flight of stairs. But make sure the scaffolding and plastic ( due to work being done on the facade) has been removed from the front of the apartment if you want to be able to see out onto the street.

This suite was fabulous: well equipped and perfectly located. If I return to Paris, I hope I get the chance to stay here again.

Tremendous location on a quiet street in a lovely area of Paris. The on-line description is accurate. The apartment is small but comfortable and well provisioned. There is a Monoprix grocery store near by. My wife and I had the apartment for one week and enjoyed our stay. The bedroom is very small but the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly large for a small urban apartment like this. We would stay here again.
