Our large studio apartment is the perfect retreat whether you are visiting Austin for business or fun. The main bed is queen-size, complete with soft sheets. There is also a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed. The bathroom includes a shower, towels, and a hairdryer. The eat-in kitchenette includes a refrigerator, sink, dish set, microwave, & coffee maker. For relaxing, there is a comfy sectional with TV, including a DVD player, and Wi-Fi service.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and as described in the VRBO listing, The location was excellent with easy access to major roads, while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very prompt in replying to my questions.

We spent 4 nights in Austin to see the eclipse. Stephanie went above and beyond to make our stay the best. She offered us tickets to a viewing event and also recommended an art installation which we were very sorry we couldn't get to. I have back problems and I spotted a chair that would make me more comfortable. As soon as I asked about, it was outside the door of our studio. The bed was comfortable and the night was quiet. There is a marina nearby and and a grouping of restaurants where we had a good dinner. There is a coffee shop there with a terrific collection of desserts. Stephanie helped us explore various locations for the eclipse and made us feel welcome. The kitchen is very small, but for 4 days it worked for us. Thanks for a great stay for our first time in Austin. Nancy and Chris

It was just lovely. Clean, tidy, cozy. Fantastic neighborhood. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Stephanie was an excellent host. She has everything set up to make the stay effortless. But she's right there if you need her. Charming rental! We would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I were in town visiting the race track for a weekend. We were surprised at how beautiful the neighborhood was and loved the ease of travel in and around the city. The place looks bigger in person and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, cold A/C, strong shower pressure, and the generous amount of clean towels ready to go. You can tell that the hosts truly think through all the details in terms of what is needed for a visit to such a great city. Highly recommend this stay!
