Lake Austin Duplex, across the Street from Lake Austin, Hula Hut, Mozart's Coffee House, & Walsh Boat Landing. This is a fully remodeled home down to the studs. It is a full time Vacation rental since 2013 with no personal items in the place. This is not somebody's home the owner leaves and you check in. It is in the heart of Tarrytown probably the nicest and safest neighborhood in town. This rental Is on the #18 every 15 minute bus route to downtown, the capital and UT. This is a pet friendly place and is professionally cleaned & sanitized between guests.

Please note that there may or may not be one or two Airstreams in the backyard. These are the owners personal Airstreams that he stores there. These are not for rent for short or long term rental. Keywords: House, Great Location

The proximity to Lake Austin and the restaurants can’t be beat! Lyle was a very nice host. The king bed is super comfortable and the dogs being in a safe back yard was fantastic. Great deal and great stay!

This is our second time staying here for the State Golf tournament, just down the road at Lions Municipal. So convenient to the golf course and loved being able to walk to Hula Hut and Mozarts. Easy to get to downtown destinations too. House was perfect for our family. Great communication with the owner also. Would highly recommend and will always look to see if it’s available for our other Austin travels.

The house is only a few minutes from town and right across from the lake. So, it has the feel of being a vacation spot with the easy convenience of also being close to the heart of Austin. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. A really nice H-E-B (fantastic Texas-based grocery store chain) is only a few blocks away if you like to cook. The owner is friendly in his communications and super helpful if you have any questions. I was in town on business for only one night, but would definitely book this property for a longer stay.

My family stayed here in August during my daughters camp. The location is perfect! We enjoyed walking to Mozart each morning for coffee. The house suited our needs just fine and an important but hard to gauge from listings is shower temperature and water pressure. They were both fabulous.

Right across the street from the lake in an upscale neighborhood- very close to all the great Austin hot spots. The owner was very kind and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Stayed here over a 3 day weekend. The property was ready, clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. There’s a restaurant and coffee shop nearby and a boat ramp to Lake Austin to people watch. There’s also a grocery and other eateries within a short drive. I got the opportunity to meet the owner in person he's a great guy and friendly as well. The place was amazing and a great affordable price. Much better than staying at any hotel, as I've stayed in hotels for years. Clean and has up to date pest control. The area and house are nice. It is literally just the same as living at an actual home, away from wherever it is you may call home. Couldn't ask for better!

My husband and I rented this property for a short anniversary weekend get away. The house was everything we needed. The location is amazing. It is feet away from Lake Austin and a great coffee shop as well as minutes from all the restaurants, spas and activities. The host was very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

This location was ideal for several of our local Austin faves! A block away from Hula Hut & Mozart’s coffee, just down the road from Lions Municipal Golf Course, close to Zilker Park, downtown, and much more! The unit itself was perfect for our family. Extra bonus, the shower water pressure was amazing! It has a nice backyard and deck that was handy for our dog. The owner was super friendly and easy to get ahold of. And we also enjoyed all the tv channels when we were in for the night! We will definitely look into staying here again for any future trips to Austin.
