About this house rental
Lake Austin Duplex, across the Street from Lake Austin, Hula Hut, Mozart's Coffee House, & Walsh Boat Landing. This is a fully remodeled home down to the studs. It is a full time Vacation rental since 2013 with no personal items in the place. This is not somebody's home the owner leaves and you check in. It is in the heart of Tarrytown probably the nicest and safest neighborhood in town. This rental Is on the #18 every 15 minute bus route to downtown, the capital and UT. This is a pet friendly place and is professionally cleaned & sanitized between guests.

Property was just as described. Clean and our host was very communicative and helpful. Very centrally located. Great Coffee Spot on the lake

Pet-friendly is a plus for us. Host was very kind and attentive. Notified us of our trailer tire being low. Was allowed us to use his water hose to flush our jet ski and give it a quick clean.
