This is our favorite place to stay. It has a big back yard, great for pets or kids. It has nice deck with great views.

Perfect spot for us next door to family! Very clean accommodations, plenty of kitchen necessities, comfy beds & great fenced outdoor space for our small dog. We will stay again sometime.Thank you for a lovely Christmas experience!

The older home shows its age but it was very clean, nice beds (king & queen), adequate kitchen with range/dishwasher, spotless refrigerator, convenient washer/dryer. We enjoyed the deck & our pup loved the fenced backyard.
The only bathroom could use some sprucing up but it met our needs. The spiral staircase leads to game room upstairs which we didn’t use. Entry & lockup was easy.
Biggest concern: Hosts didn’t answer our questions before we arrived. Communication could have been much better.
This property is on the west side of Austin near Lakeway. We did enjoy our time there & have already booked it again.

The house was in a great location and had good views. The back yard was great for our dogs and there was plenty of room for them to play. The house definitely needs some TLC (front door had to be lifted up in order to latch, the flooring upstairs was sinking in to the point that we did not feel safe to utilize upstairs, railings upstairs were not very stable [would be nervous to let kids play up there]). If there was some handyman work done to the house, it would be a great place to stay and we would consider going back again.
