A clean and comfortable stay

The accommodation was clean and secure, with free parking available. Breakfast was good, including eggs, yogurt, cheese, bread, fresh fruit and bircher muesli — although there was no ham. Drinks and some snacks were available for purchase on an honesty system, which was a nice touch. It was also lovely seeing the nuns walking around the common areas — it added a peaceful and unique atmosphere to the stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The internet simply did not work. Reception closed at 6pm

Clean, reasonable by Swiss standards, and a something a bit different

The staff were friendly. Dinner was a hearty lasagna, which we really appreciated after a day of cycling. The dinner was reasonably priced by Swiss standards. We had a double and a single room. Both were clean and well-designed to make the best use of the space. Our beds were comfortable. There's secure bike parking.

It's up a pretty steep hill, which isn't ideal after a long day of cycling (especially when you are an out-of-shape prairie boy). However, we knew what we knew this in advance, so we had nothing to complain about!

A piece of Eden even for non-catholique

high over the valley, far from noise of the busy main road stands a piece of paradise. The room not too big, but with a good bath and a breathtaking view, a warm welcome by an elderly nun who shows you around,allover the atmosphere of piece and calm. beautiful, well kept gardens. A unique experience.

Perfect stay close to nature and silence

We had some mix up with our dates but the staff accommodated us with great understanding and kindness. We got free upgrades and the breakfast spread was just wonderful with a variety of vegetarian options and fast self-serving systems. The rooms were simple and comfortable. What we loved the most was the view from our rooms and the windows that would open properly. We sat there often and for long periods of time looking at the Alps right opposite us.

The common kitchen/hangout area would benefit from some kitchenware.

Rooms and location are spacious, located in a quiet area a little above the village of Ilanz. It is an easy walk up from the main road. Food is from local products and is served in a traditional fashion.

The sisters were most accommodating, allowing us to push the booking back a day. Very clean quiet place and doing their best to deal with the pandemic. Breakfast and dinner provided 👍

Superb

Nice, tidy clean rooms and free parking. All simple but modern. Perfect skiing location 10mins by car to Laax and 20 mins to Obersaxen which is much better with plenty of new lifts and restaurants. There is a nice self-service cafeteria open 24 hrs and good meeting points.

Beim Frühstück gab es nur ein Getränk gratis…das fand ich dann doch sehr unentspannt. Das Abendessen hat leider nicht geschmeckt. Aber ich glaube es war auch kein Koch da. Alles convenience Food.

Schöne Lage und günstiger Preis

Die Lage oberhalb von Ilanz war sehr schön.Das Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf die Stadt. Die angebotene Halbpension war sehr praktisch. Es wurde eine Suppe, ein kleines Salatbuffet, ein einfaches Menu und eine Dessertauswahl serviert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.Die Bedienung war außerordentlich freundlich.Die sanitären Anlagen sind einwandfrei. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten. Es finden täglich Gottesdienste statt,an denen die Gäste teilnehmen können.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach gehalten, was aber auch dem günstigen Preis entspricht. Der "Aufstieg" zum Kloster ist mit Gepäck sicher für manche Gäste eine Herausforderung, aber es gibt auch eine Busverbindung.

das ist ein tolles Haus, einfach, aber wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es gibt üppiges Frühstück mit frischgebackenem Brot, ... Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel und ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich würde da auf jeden Fall sofort wieder übernachten, und kann es nur rundherum empfehlen
