About this house rental
Fully furnished beach home with 2 bedrooms with full baths each, loft with bunk beds and a pull out couch to sleep 8. Eat in kitchen, great room , laundry & half bath. Great location, 1 house off the beach and only a short walk to many restaurants, pubs, mini golf, surf shop & more. Covered porch or hang out upstairs on the sundeck. You will find a well stocked kitchen, extra towels and linens and beach chairs. Quiet dead in street with semi private beach access for a relaxing vacation. 3 Flat screen cable TV's, WiFi and DVD players. Pet friendly!

Great property and location.
I paid a deposit that should be refunded. Owner says that VRBO has it but I don’t know where to contact for my refund.

We loved the location - steps away from beach dunes then you were on the beach. The house was clean but it was hard to tell where the bedrooms were located until we arrived. Both bedrooms and loft were all located right next to each other on 2nd floor so don't expect much privacy. Rooms were clean but dated and tv in smaller room is broken. Washer/ dryer weren't hooked up correctly so we had to do laundry in all hot water but despite the amenities, the location helped and we had a great time.

This property was the best place to celebrate our graduation. Craig is accommodating and an excellent host. Some of his neighbors on the other hand, have nothing to do with their time except be bothered by the occupants. Craig unfortunately can’t control who his neighbors are, but for any future renter, be aware you’re being watched closely at all times. Other than that, the location is perfect and steps away from the beach. Thank you Craig!!!!

The location was perfect, very close to beach access. The street was quiet and the neighborhood friendly. We had minor issues but the owner was very easy to communicate with and dealt with the minor issues we had.
