We're FL residents who traveled a short distance to celebrate birthdays with this beach getaway - great location and the property was as advertised. Had a blast - plan to return.

The property was great. It was a good location that is within 15 mins to historic St. Augustine. The pools were great and it had plenty of walking area for my dogs. The only reason im giving 4 stars is because of cleanliness. The unit was not cleaned well. The husband vacuumed when we got there and found a ton of stuff undernthe couch and the balcony smelled like pee. It needs a deep clean but was great otherwise

The location of this property was great a very very short walk to the Lovely beach and easy access to restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Well definitely book with Sunshine realty again!
