About this house rental
This is the end unit of a beautifully renovated quadraplex. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The Master Bdrm is furnished with a king bed and has it's own modern bath and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share the upstairs hallway bath, one bdrm with a queen bed, the other with a bunk bed and one twin bed (total of 3 twin beds). 32" TV is located in the queen bed bedroom. Downstairs is the modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave, dining area, and living room with 42' TV and DVD player. Downstairs also has a washer and dryer. Out back is a private, fenced-in deck area shaded by a lovely palm tree. This deck area is complete with table, chairs and propane grill for your social gatherings. There is plenty of parking at the unit and additional parking on the side street. There are also 2 outdoor showers, one in the front and one on the back deck. This unit is bounded by a pleasing natural area with palms and live oaks, and across the side street is a dog walking area and greenway. Wi-Fi is included! We cut the cable :-), so bring your Roku, Fire Stick or other streaming device to watch TV (if you don't have a streaming device, we will provide an Amazon Fire Stick which gets YouTube TV). Sleeps 6 adults comfortably, and can sleep 2 additional children, or any combination. And did I mention that it is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, several great restaurants, coffee shops, and a Surf shop that rents surfboards, bikes, paddleboards, and other beach necessities?

We sure enjoyed our mini-vacay here with family. The unit was well-equipped and the location was perfect, a short walk to beach and many restaurants! Old town, lighthouse, amphitheater, and state park were closeby as well. Tom greeted us upon arrival and was available if we were to need anything. We would definitely consider staying here again..
