Wake up and head to the beach from our 3 story ocean view condo. St Augustine has 42 miles of beautiful beaches with soft white sand and beautiful sunrises. Enjoy a morning stroll to catch the sunrise or an afternoon bike ride down the beach. If you are ready to explore more than the beach, then head into historic St Augustine for plenty of sightseeing, eating and drinking.
This 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath condo includes a primary en-suite bedroom on the 3rd floor to maximize your views. There is a queen bedroom with an en suite and its own private patio to enjoy the cool breezes on the first floor. Also located on the ground floor is a bunk room that sleeps three and an additional full bathroom right down the hall for convenience. This condo will sleep 7 in beds, with an additional air mattress to sleep a total of 8 people in the unit. The spacious living room and kitchen are located on the main floor
(second story) to maximize your ocean views. There is a lovely balcony to relax on with a cup of coffee or an afternoon drink.
The complex of Sea Winds includes a community pool with a new hot tub and tennis courts close by.
Just a few minutes away you will find a grocery store, many restaurants, local coffee shops and more. Rent some bikes for your stay and explore all that Anastasia Island has to offer. This amazing townhome is ready to host your next getaway.

Excellent location! Awesome view! Clean. Spacious. Easy check in and check out.There was a plumbing issue after a couple of days and Beth got on it ASAP and got it totally resolved quickly.All five of us (5 adult family members) agree we'd love to go back again!

location was great with good access to the beach. Ice maker did not work, we had to buy 3 bags of ice totaling 10.00 with tax. location was not equipped with enough bath/kitchen towels to handle 8 people.

We love the Sea Winds location - especially the beach. This unit was a challenge for move-in, move out and hauling groceries as the first level has 2 bedrooms with baths and laundry room. A flight of stairs leads to 2nd level kitchen/living area and another flight of stairs to 3rd level master bedroom. Kitchen furnishings sparse and not great quality.
