It met our needs. Everything excellent. The only nitpick might be wishing the pull-out sleeper couch was a little more comfortable. But I’ve not seen many which are. Host was very responsive to misc. questions.

The location and the space of the condo is excellent. 10/10There are no beach or pool towels. The amount of towels provided are only enough for showering.The resort company that oversee's the condo has you sign a contract saying there are only starter items in the condo. There was only a roll of toilet paper 1/2 used in each bathroom and a small bar of soap.The kitchen had a used roll of paper towels no cleaning supplies to keep the home clean, no sponge, no starter dish soap or dishwasher soap.1/2 the beach chairs are extremely rusted and need to be replaced.The hosts communication was excellent.

Really enjoyed the property with such quick access to pools and beach. Generally neighbors were very friendly with a good atmosphere. We had issues with a vacuum cleaner and the host was very responsive. Surfaces were pretty clean, but the condo needs a deep clean soon. Kitchen had plenty of basics.

The property location was really nice. Proximity to beach and pools was an added bonus. Our kids loved the heated pool. The unit was fairly clean upon arrival outside of the dishwasher that was still full of dishes. The washer and dryer need updating. The washer struggled to spin dry a medium load of laundry. The unit was also very noisy so I don’t feel like we got a good night of sleep during this trip. This is a second floor unit and it sounded like there was a stampede of elephants above us. This noise went on late in the evening and started back by 7am. I’ve stayed in plenty of condos and have never had this issue. If we were to stay at ocean villas again, we would probably opt for a third floor unit for a more quiet environment.
