Welcome to Oceans 11, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage just steps from the Beach, with no streets to cross. Walk to nearby beach restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops, or take a short drive to Historic Downtown St. Augustine, approximately 4 miles away.
Thoughtfully renovated and cared for, this 1930s beach cottage combines original hardwood floors, antique character, and modern conveniences with a relaxed Old Florida feel.
THE SPACE
The cottage offers a simple, comfortable layout with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen for everyday meals.
Out back, enjoy a casual beach-style yard and deck—perfect for grilling, sharing dinner, or unwinding after a day by the ocean. The outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after the beach.

STEPS TO THE BEACH
Oceans 11 is the third house back from the ocean, on the east side of Beach Boulevard. Beach access is just steps away, with no streets to cross.
Located north of the A Street vehicle ramp, this stretch of St. Augustine Beach does not allow cars on the sand. Enjoy morning walks, afternoons by the water, and the easy rhythm of beach life.
WALKABLE BEACH NEIGHBORHOOD
It’s easy to enjoy the neighborhood on foot. Walk to local restaurants for a casual meal, stop at a café for morning coffee, or pick up ice cream on your way home.
The St. Augustine Pier is a short stroll along the beach, and Anastasia State Park beaches are also within walking distance.
CLOSE TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN
Historic Downtown St. Augustine is approximately 4 miles away. Spend a day exploring its historic streets, shops, restaurants, and attractions, then return to the cottage for a relaxed evening at the beach.
The St. Augustine Lighthouse, local skate park, and Anastasia State Park entrance are approximately 2 miles away, offering more ways to enjoy the area close to home.
