This unit sustained no damage from Hurricane Ian. The complex pool is open! This property may be available for long-term rentals, if you are interested please inquire.
The Santa Maria condominium complex is near the south end of Fort Myers Beach, right next to Fish Tale Marina and Santini Plaza. Just down the road is the beautiful Lovers Key State Park! The complex has a pool, jacuzzi spa, and a great BBQ area with waterfront dock views. Our unit (#106) is in the first building along Estero Blvd, just one floor up. The buildings have an atrium in the middle, bringing in natural light and lush greenery right to your doorstep! This unit also comes with an assigned parking spot very close to the building and stairwell.
This townhouse condo has two levels with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. When you enter, you are greeted with sunshine from the full wall of windows that face toward Estero Blvd. This feature allows great views of the beautiful Florida sky and a small view Gulf of Mexico. Open up the wall-to-wall curtains to visually expand the unit!
On the main level is a full kitchen, laundry room with a half-bath, living/dining room, and a spacious screened-in patio. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
The upper level has two bedrooms, each with an attached full bath. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, walk-in shower, desk, and also has a private screened-in balcony that overlooks the palm tree filled atrium. Listening to the breeze blow through the leaves here is truly a lovely place to unwind.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Great Condo Association. Making lots of updates. The pool is best on the island. Condo is a bit dated. Need to remove carpet upstairs. Property Management is very responsive. Highly recommend for location to beach.

The property was well maintained.The condo needs updated. Carpeting needs replaced. Unit was clean and management was excellent as well as the owners.

The condo is very dated, except for the new dish washer that was delivered while we were there. Several things need fixing....sliding screen door, lamps, tv's don't work....But it was clean. I had to wipe spilled water off the floor and the paper towel stayed clean. Plenty of towels, folded in fun ways. Bed linens clean. Master bed very comfortable. Had trouble with the rental agency with our late arrival but they rectified it.
