Stay comfortably in Fort Myers Beach at this quaint 1-bedroom condo. This is the "A" building closest the pool for your convenience. Pet Friendly unit. Pets need to be approved by the association. Need at least 30 days approval time on pets. The bedroom features a king bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can unwind in the lovely living room, which includes a new sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is updated with a shower/tub combo. The unit has new windows along with all new window coverings. With heating and AC, the space stays cozy no matter the season. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this awesome condo provides a welcoming retreat. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo. Located across from the updated Santini plaza. Enjoy your stay by renting bikes, swimming in the pool and playing on the beach. It doesn't get any better than a beach condo stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It's in a great location which is right on the beach and within minutes to everything else. The rental also had everything you.would need to enjoy your stay for the beach so.you don't have to rent beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. Kitchen has all the necessities too. Also has a very nice pool on the property

The room was very nice. Had items to use that are never at other condos. Host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him and any of his properties
