About this apartment rental
Whatever mood you are in this adorable condo has it all. Whether you want to relax on the porch and enjoy looking out at the gulf, play in the surf, lay out by the pool, enjoy a few rounds of tennis, or walk across the street to grab a bite to eat and peruse the local shops, you won't be bored. You can even catch a local trolley and head up North to check out Time Square, or down South to explore the nature at Lover's Key. If you are into boating or fishing, there is a marina across the street that rents boats and there are several charters that will take you out fishing or just looking for dolphins. Don't worry if you can't fit everything you want to do into one trip. You are always welcome to come back :)

The condo was decorated beautifully and it was spotlessly clean! There were plenty of pots, pans, and dishes if you wanted to cook. Towels and beach towels were provided, but it would be nice if there were a couple more of each. A iron and ironing board might be a nice addition. Beach chairs were provided, which was great! There is a side view of the beach and the location is great!! Just go down the elevator and step right out the back directly to the beach. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and check in was very easy!! I definitely plan on staying here again!!

Wonderful time in Fort Myers Beach! David and Katie have a darling, cozy condo. It was perfect for the two of us. It's bright and sunny! David responded to our questions immediately, and he welcomed suggestions. We so enjoyed the balcony. We had a beautiful view of the lights of Estero Island and the awesome stars. The patio downstairs was perfect for sunsets. We had a lovely time, and hope to return!

The condo was pretty & had lots of storage. There was no dishwasher or ice maker with sparse supplies. The sliding door needs attention as it kept sticking & may eventually fall out of its tracks. We were unable to do coffee on the balcony due to the intense sun incoming. Also, the condo building is Gulf Gulf view however, there's only a small water view from the balcony. We saw no sunsets nor sunrises which was disappointing. The beach was really nice. We wintered over in these condos for several years until Hurricane Ian & noted a lot of improvement in the landscape. Santini Plaza was also not up & running only 1 place to eat glad we rented a car. All in all we had a nice few days stay on the beach with a few friends.
