Fort Myers Beach offers many good restaurants, boat and waverunner rentals, charter fishing trips, sight seeing trips, parasailing, and the Key West Express!

The condo is very clean and well equipped . The location is excellent and the trolley stop is not far away . The beach in front of the condo has dolphins we saw almost every morning ! The only down side I would say is the building manager Tim . Also they do not allow golf carts in the parking area at the condo but it doesn’t state that in any literature we received and would have been helpful to have known before we booked one . The only thing in the condo we found was the bed is pretty hard and maybe a new mattress would be in order . Would definitely recommend this property .

First of all, the condo was ideally located near Santini Plaza (restaurants and shops). Leonardo Arms has a great beach and was very quiet. We had a wonderful ocean view. We enjoyed having a complete kitchen for preparing good meals. I would have given this property a 5 star review, however, the bed was very uncomfortable. Very old twin mattresses pushed together into a king bed that was hard and creaky. It was difficult to be positive after tossing and turning all night. The only other negative was that the couch and reclining chair needed a good cleaning as they did not smell fresh. Overall we would recommend this condo with those improvements.

Great condo in the perfect location on the beach. Magnificent sunset views from the lanai. Condo very well furnished and equipped. The condo was clean and looks recently renovated. Close to Santini plaza and Lovers Key. Trolley stop in front of the condo complex. Would definitely return.
